At MAVA, we strive to deliver your beauty and hair care products as quickly and efficiently as possible. We work with international manufacturers and distribution centers to offer you high-end solutions directly to your home.

By making a purchase on our website, you accept the shipping and delivery conditions detailed below:

1. PROCESSING TIMES

  • All orders are processed and prepared within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking number so you can check the status of the package in real-time.

2. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

We operate under a direct distribution model to ensure the best prices. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands): Between 7 and 14 business days after product dispatch.
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: Between 14 and 28 business days (may be slightly delayed due to local customs controls).
  • Rest of Europe: Between 7 and 14 business days.

Note: These deadlines are estimates and, during periods of high demand (such as Black Friday, Christmas, or sales), transport strikes, or external weather factors, they may suffer slight delays beyond MAVA's control.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Standard Shipping: We offer free shipping or a flat rate that will be calculated and clearly displayed on the checkout screen before finalizing your purchase.

4. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

  • Since shipments are sometimes managed from international distribution centers outside the European Union, packages are subject to local import regulations.

  • The vast majority of our shipments do not incur additional charges. However, if your region's customs office decides to apply any tariffs, processing fees, or import taxes, these charges are exclusively the responsibility of the buyer/customer. MAVA has no control over these fees nor can it predict their amount.

5. DELIVERY ADDRESS AND ABSENCES

  • It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to provide a complete, accurate, and correct shipping address. MAVA is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the user.
  • Delivery attempts: Local courier companies usually make 1 to 2 delivery attempts. If you are absent, the package may be deposited at a local post office or nearby collection point. If the package is returned to the origin center because the customer did not pick it up on time, the re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

6. ORDERS WITH MULTIPLE PRODUCTS

  • If you purchase several items in the same order, you may receive them in separate packages and on different days. This happens because we work with different specialized production centers to ensure the highest quality of each product.
