Yes. If you buy more than one item in the same order, you may receive them on different days and in different packages. This is because we work with specialised production centres to ensure that each piece of equipment undergoes strict quality control before shipping.

The vast majority of our shipments are delivered at no extra cost. However, as we work with direct distribution and international logistics centres, any import taxes or customs duties that customs decides to apply upon delivery will be borne exclusively by the customer.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND WARRANTY

Yes, you have a period of 14 calendar days after receipt to request a return. For it to be accepted, the equipment must be completely new, with no signs of use, in its original intact packaging, and with all manuals and accessories included.

If the return is due to personal reasons (withdrawal or change of mind), the transport costs for returning the item to our support centre will be borne by the customer. If the equipment has a proven manufacturing defect, MAVA will bear all collection or replacement costs.

Yes, all our electronic equipment comes with a legal warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty covers failures in internal components or the electrical system, provided they have not been caused by drops, impacts, or improper use.
