3. WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY NOT COVER?
The warranty will be automatically void and will not cover damages resulting from:

4. HOW TO CLAIM THE WARRANTY?
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect within the coverage period, follow these steps:

Attach a short, good-quality video clearly showing the product connected to power and the malfunction it presents. This is essential for our technical team to quickly validate the warranty.
5. AVAILABLE SOLUTIONS
Once our team validates the manufacturing defect, MAVA will offer one of the following solutions at no cost to the customer:

Replacement: We will send you a completely new product identical to the one purchased (subject to stock availability).

Refund: If we do not have stock of the item for replacement, a full refund of the purchase amount will be processed through the original payment method.
